“Agricultural Research” from several aspects is going on
For sustainable agricultural production by using renewable energy

In the Experiment Farm, physiological, ecological, genetic and breeding researches for agricultural production are now in progress. Furthermore, we proceed researches on utilization of agricultural products, sericulture, and development of vehicle robotics for agricultural engineering. Animal production research is connected with animal breeding, animal reproduction, feeding method, and processing of animal products.
Recently, we do research into the establishment of sustainable agricultural production systems of crop and livestock as well as development of energy crops such as a Miscanthus for the purpose of energy production.
Publications of studies worked in the Experiment Farm are available in Hokkaido University Collection of Scholarly and Academic Papers （HUSCAP）.
