Access

From Sapporo to Akkeshi Station (JR):
(1) by Railway (JR) to Akkeshi Station, approx. 5 hr.
(2) by airplane (from Shin-Chitose Airport and/or Okadama Airport) to Kushiro Airport, 40 min. From the airport, use a shuttle bus to JR Kushiro Station, 60-80 min. and change to JR train to Akkeshi Station, 90 min.

From Tokyo to Akkeshi Station (JR):
(1) by airplane (from Haneda Airport) to Kushiro Airport, approx. 90 min. From the airport, use a shuttle bus to JR Kushiro Station, 60-80 min. and change to JR train to Akkeshi Station, 90 min.

From JR Akkeshi Station to Akkeshi Marine Station:
(1) Use a taxi, 17 min.
(2) Use a bus (Kushiro Bus) to "Kokutaiji-mae" (10 min), and then walk approx. 25 min.
