Education

Akkeshi Marine Station carries out various field courses for undergraduate and graduate students of Hokkaido University and for students in other universities. Since 2012, the station has been assigned as one of the "Core Stations for Marine Education in Japan", and has started some new programs mostly toward students in other universities in Japan and the world.
